Gustus is a charcuterie and wine service in Ciudad Juárez for weddings, quinceañeras, farewells, anniversaries, and corporate events. We curate every board with origin cheeses, artisan cured meats, dried fruits, honeys, and warm breads so the centerpiece of your event reads, and photographs, like a printed plate.
We work with hosts, planners, and committees across Juárez, El Paso, and the rest of Chihuahua. Every proposal is shaped to your venue, guest count, and the tempo of the night. We serve without interrupting, set the table before the first pour, and retire quietly when the last toast lands.

01How far in advance should I book my date?
Peak-season dates (weddings, quinceañeras, and year-end corporate events) reserve at least three months in advance. For regular dates and intimate gatherings, four weeks gives us enough room to curate the proposal without rushing.
02Which cities do you serve?
We operate out of Ciudad Juárez and cover events in El Paso, Texas and across Chihuahua. For dates outside that zone, message us on WhatsApp and we'll review the logistics case by case.
03How long does it take to get a quote back?
We reply within 24 hours with a personalized proposal: board composition, estimated guest count, setup and a written breakdown. If you need a faster answer, message us on WhatsApp and we respond same-day.
04What's the quoting process?

05What does the Gustus service include?
Every proposal includes board curation with origin cheeses, artisan charcuterie, dried fruits, honeys and warm breads; the full editorial setup before the first toast; service during the event without interrupting; and a quiet retreat at the end. The idea is that you only worry about enjoying the night.
06What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit card and bank transfer, all in Mexican pesos. A deposit reserves the date and the balance is settled before the event.
07What kinds of events do you cater?
Weddings, quinceañeras, farewells and anniversaries; corporate events like launches, private meetings and team celebrations; intimate dates like Mother's Day, Valentine's and Christmas; and individual services like boxes and corporate gifts. If your event doesn't fit any of those, write to us. We build custom formats.
