We only collect the information you choose to share with us: your name, a contact method (phone, WhatsApp, or email), and the details of your event (date, city, type of celebration, guest count, and style notes). We do not request government identification or sensitive personal data. The site also collects anonymous technical browsing data (page visited, device, country) to understand which content is useful.
How we use your data
We use your information to reply to your inquiry, prepare a personalized proposal, coordinate the event, issue receipts when requested, and stay in touch with you during and after the service. We do not use your data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
Third-party services
To run the site and the calendar we rely on third-party services that may receive limited information: Cal.com handles the quoting calendar; Vercel hosts the site and provides anonymous analytics; Google Analytics measures aggregate site usage; Supabase stores editorial content. WhatsApp, owned by Meta, processes messages when you choose that channel. Each provider has its own privacy policy; we encourage you to review them.
How long we keep your information
We keep event data for as long as our working relationship lasts and for a reasonable period afterward to handle questions, fulfill tax obligations, or repeat the service if you ask. If you ask us to erase your information earlier, we do so as soon as our legal obligations allow.
Your rights
Under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), you can access your data, correct it, cancel it, or object to its use at any time.
