How we work with you.
In effect since
These terms describe the conditions under which Gustus Charcuterie & Wine, based in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, provides its editorial catering services. By booking an event with us you agree to the terms below together with the specific terms we sign in writing on each proposal.
Services we offer
Gustus offers curation and service of charcuterie boards, grazing tables, wine stations, individual boxes, and corporate gifts for private, social, and corporate events in Ciudad Juárez, El Paso, and across Chihuahua. Each service is quoted to fit the venue, guest count, and tempo of the night.
Booking process
To reserve a date we send a written proposal with board composition, guest count, setup, on-event service, and price breakdown. The date is held when we receive the agreed deposit. The balance is settled before the event as specified in the proposal.
Payments
We operate in Mexican pesos (MXN). We accept cash, credit card, and bank transfer. We issue invoices when you share your tax details in advance. Any change in scope, guest count, or date is quoted separately and agreed in writing before being executed.
Cancellations and date changes
The specific cancellation and rescheduling terms are agreed on each proposal because they depend on how close the event is and on supplier and ingredient commitments. If you need to change the date or cancel, let us know as soon as possible. We always look for a reasonable resolution for both parties.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control: severe weather, health restrictions, utility outages, civil disturbance, or other force majeure events. In those cases we look to reschedule without penalty whenever possible.
Liability
We treat every setup, ingredient, and service with the highest industry standard. Our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount actually paid for the corresponding event. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
Intellectual property
The text, photography, visual identity, and design of gustusmx.com belong to Gustus Charcuterie & Wine. You may share links and quote short excerpts with attribution; any other use requires written authorization.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, waiving any other venue that may apply.
